Bristol City have completed the signing of Danny Haynes for an undisclosed fee from Ipswich Town.
Haynes has agreed a three-year contract after passing a medical, and will make his debut against Ajax on Wednesday.
City made an initial bid for the 21-year-old forward in January but were told he was not for sale.
"He's very quick, and direct and he's always done well when he's played against us for Ipswich," manager Gary Johnson told City's official website.
Meanwhile City will give another game to Greek defender Grigoris Papazacharias and Finland international midfielder Alexei Eremenko against Ajax.
The pair featured in City's 2-1 win against Hereford on Monday. City's goals came from Cole Skuse and Tristan Plummer.
