Southend weigh up move for Keogh
Southend United are weighing up a bid for out-of-contract Bristol City defender Richard Keogh.
Keogh, 21, has been offered a new deal at Ashton Gate despite failing to break into the first-team last season and would command a fee because of his age.
"Southend called to ask about Richard, but that's as far as things have gone," City chief executive Colin Sexstone told the Western Daily Press.
"We still retain his registration and we will want a fee should he move on."
