Falmer work to start in December
Brighton & Hove Albion say they expect work on the club's new stadium at Falmer to begin in December.
A number of contractors are bidding for the building work, with the winner to be announced in September.
Seagulls' chief executive Martin Perry told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "Our target is to get on site by the end of this year.
"The fans want to see shovels in the ground and it looks as if we are going to achieve that."
