Bolton release Okocha and N'Gotty
Bolton have confirmed that veteran players Jay-Jay Okocha and Bruno N'Gotty are to leave the club.
Bolton boss Sam Allardyce said the pair would not be returning to the Reebok Stadium next season following the final day game with Birmingham.
Nigerian Okocha has been at the club for four years while French defender N'Gotty joined in January 2002.
Sam Allardyce said: "We want to reduce the age of our squad and it was a tough decision not to offer new deals."
Allardyce was keen to pay tribute to the two players who have key instrumental in the club's recent success.
He told the club's official website, www.bwfc.co.uk: "Jay-Jay and Bruno will go down in Wanderers folklore.
"Not only for what they brought to the club in terms of experience and quality, but also for what they helped us to achieve during their time here.
"Nobody will ever forget their contribution."
