Polish goalkeeper Artur Krysiak has agreed to extend his stay with Birmingham City for another season.
Krysiak has yet to get on the field for the Blues first team and had originally been made available on a free transfer when his contract expired in June.
The 19-year-old made his league debut on loan at Gretna, and has figured for York City, Swansea and Motherwell.
Manager Alex McLeish also included him on the bench for last September's game against Doncaster in the Championship.
Otherwise the under-19 international has impressed in Blues' academy and reserve teams over the past few seasons, and he will now hope to put some pressure on senior keepers Joe Hart, Maik Taylor and Colin Doyle.
