Walsall 0-2 Birmingham
Birmingham City scored two first-half goals to beat Walsall in Saturday's pre-season friendly.
Finnish striker Mikael Forssell gave the Blues an early lead with the game's first attack after three minutes.
Cameron Jerome doubled the visitors' advantage 13 minutes before the break with a shot from the edge of the box.
Former Blues striker Tommy Mooney missed several chances before being substituted 15 minutes from time to applause from both sets of fans.
