Ogogo joins Barnet on month loan
Defender Abu Ogogo has joined Barnet on a one-month loan from Arsenal.
The signing gives manager Paul Fairclough more defensive options this weekend as Joe Devera remains sidelined for a month with injury.
Ogogo, 19, trained with the Bees on Thursday and is set to go straight into the squad ahead of Saturday's clash against Notts County at Underhill.
"I have played many times at the ground with Arsenal reserves and love the atmosphere," Ogogo said.
"Youth director Liam Brady suggested that a taste of first-team football with a league side would be good for me."
The right-back was on the bench for Arsenal's 3-0 win against Wigan in the Carling Cup fourth round on Tuesday.
He has been given permission to play for the Bees in the FA Cup, but he is not eligible for next Tuesday's first-round replay at Rochdale as he did not feature in the original game.
