Alloa move to capture Campbell

Iain Campbell will join up with Alloa next season

Alloa Athletic have signed left-back Iain Campbell after the 22-year-old was released by Kilmarnock.

Campbell, son of Forfar manager Dick, began his career at Dunfermline Athletic and had loan spells at Clyde and Ross County last season.

Campbell made 36 first team appearances during his time at East End Park but did not break through at Rugby Park.

The Wasps will have a new-look defence next season, having earlier recruited Pat Scullion and Dougie Hall.
