Aberdeen suffer Aluko injury blow
Aberdeen winger Sone Aluko faces up to three weeks on the sidelines after suffering a hamstring injury.
The 19-year-old, who signed for the Dons from Birmingham City in September, sustained the injury during last week's 2-0 victory over Motherwell.
"It looks like Sone could be out for about three weeks," Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood told the club website.
"He's a big player who will be missed. But Gary McDonald, Chris Maguire and Jeffrey de Visscher give us options."
The Dons signed Aluko on a loan deal last season before making his switch permanent in September.
He scored against Bayern Munich during the Dons' Uefa Cup run last season and has two league goals this term.
