Albion and Montrose played out a lacklustre draw in Division Three.
The home side started well and should have taken the lead after seven minutes when Steven McKeown shot wide.
Andy McNeil was called into action when Paul Stewart struck a powerful shot, but the Montrose keeper parried wide for a corner.
Montrose thought they had snatched all three points late in the day when John Gemmell slotted home, only for the goal to be ruled out for offside.
