Stirling Alb 1-0 Partick Thistle

Stirling Albion recorded their second successive win to further boost their fight for Division One survival.

The goal came in the 13th minute from Albion's first corner of the game as on-loan Falkirk man Brian Allison thundered Chris Aitken's delivery home.

Albion keeper Myles Hogarth denied Kevin McKinley and seconds later tipped over substitute Gary Harkin's shot.

Aitken had earlier wasted a chance to double Albion's lead, blasting over the crossbar in the 57th minute.
