Wales striker Freddy Eastwood admits he has found life hard at Championship club Wolves since his £1.5m move from Southend last summer.
Eastwood told the BBC's Sport Wales programme he is unhappy at being left out of the side by boss Mick McCarthy.
"When I first arrived I was scoring but he said I wasn't working hard enough so he took me out of the side," he said.
"Then when I was working hard enough I wasn't scoring. I'm in and out of the side, not used to it and not happy."
But Eastwood, who scored 65 league and cup goals for Southend during his three years there, is determined to add to his tally of 10 games and four goals with Wolves.
"I want to be in the team week in, week out," he said. "That's what I came here for and that's what I want to do.
"Hopefully I can get back into the side and I want to try and finish the season with a bang.
"If I can just get 90 minutes week in, week out, I can produce like I was doing in the past"
"At the clubs I've been at before, I probably wouldn't do anything for 70 or 80 minutes but then pop up with a goal late on.
"I feel I haven't really had the chance to do that here yet.
"After 70 or 80 minutes here, if you start a game, the gaffer will normally make a change.
"If I can just get 90 minutes here week in, week out, I think I will produce like I was in the past."
Eastwood broke into the Wales side last year, winning five caps, scoring two goals and admits he did not expect to be picked by John Toshack for their friendly win over Norway last week.
"I was surprised the gaffer started me last week because I haven't played for a while," he said.
"But it just goes to show how much Tosh thinks of me as a player to put me back in front of a few forwards we have now.
"To start me off and play for an hour, I did ok, so I was delighted with it."
