Dagenham & Redbridge 1-2 Reading
Reading striker Noel Hunt grabbed the winner on his Royals debut as they won away at Dagenham and Redbridge.
Hunt pounced to break the Daggers hearts with three minutes left and send Reading into the next round.
The visitors had taken the lead after 26 minutes when young winger James Henry nodded home.
Dagenham were level when Solomon Taiwo drove in from 25 yards but after Paul Benson missed a glorious chance to win it for the Daggers, Hunt popped up.
