Avram Grant has demanded that Chelsea be given more "respect" after the Blues booked a spot in the Carling Cup final to continue his fine start as manager.
Chelsea beat Everton 1-0 on Wednesday to take the Israeli's record to 21 wins in his first 28 matches in charge.
Even the absence of injured stars John Terry and Frank Lampard, with several others at the Africa Cup of Nations this month, has not halted Grant's run.
"Everybody needs to respect what we are doing with all the problems," he said.
"We have won a lot of games, not only in the league, in the Champions League also and now we are in the Carling Cup final.

"And we have done it in a good way. It is not easy so I am happy."
Joe Cole's second-half strike gave the Blues a 1-0 win on the night and 3-1 aggregate victory at Goodison Park.
And Grant, whose side continue to battle on four fronts - the Carling Cup, FA Cup, Premier League and Champions League - added: "That was a big test of character. The players are doing a great job and so are my staff.
"We're pleased to be in the final. Chelsea try to win every competition they are involved in."
But the Israeli insisted he would not be making any additional purchases during the January transfer window, despite the absence of Lampard, Terry, Andriy Shevchenko, Didier Drogba, Salomon Kalou and Michael Essien.
"It has been suggested that I bring in players, but we have a good squad. If we do bring in players then they will have to have good character," he said.
"There is no doubt we are going in right direction, but we need to bridge the gap between Chelsea and Everton"
Meanwhile, Chelsea hero Joe Cole remained modest about his exploits on Merseyside.
"We stick together from back to front - everyone defends and everyone attacks," said the former West Ham player.
He added: "We now have a great chance to win a trophy. We wanted to beat Everton tonight and have always shown respect to this cup."
Everton boss David Moyes focused on the future after his side's defeat.
"We're still in the Uefa Cup, so the team need to focus on that now," he said.
"There is no doubt we are going in right direction, but we need to bridge the gap between Chelsea and Everton.
"To get into the top four we need to fill that gap. It may need money."
