Derry's McGinn in N Ireland panel
Derry City midfielder Niall McGinn has been included in the Northern Ireland squad for the home friendly against Hungary on 19 November.
It is the first time the 21-year-old has been named in the senior panel.
McGinn has been earning rave reviews with the Eircom League club since moving from his local Irish League side Dungannon Swifts in January.
Nigel Worthington's full squad for the Windsor Park match will be officially unveiled on Friday.
The manager is expected to use the game to have a look at some of his fringe players.
"This has come as a shock and it has not really sunk in yet," said McGinn.
"I feel I have settled in quickly at Derry City and have adapted well to full-time football.
"It could be a great opportunity for me and perhaps a chance to get noticed by clubs in England.
"To get to train with the lads will be a great experience and if I could get on the pitch for 10 to 15 minutes it would be something to remember."
