England's problem midfield
The possibility of Steven Gerrard being dropped for England's games against Kazakhstan and Belarus shows the extremes to which the debate about England's central midfield has run.
Previously thought untouchable, injury meant he missed out on the World Cup qualifying wins against Andorra and Croatia while Frank Lampard has hit top form.
