Rangers target Marek Suchy is also attracting interest from England, France and Germany and is poised to make a decision on his future.
The 20-year-old Slavia Prague central defender has been linked with a number of clubs during the summer.
Agent Pavel Vandas did not wish to name any of the interested parties.
But he told BBC Sport: "It is possibility that Marek Suchy comes to England or Scotland, but he has offers from Germany and France too."
Suchy first broke into Slavia's first team in 2005.
MY SPORT: DEBATEHe helped his club win the Czech Republic's league title last season and played against Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur in European competition.
Slavia lost 7-0 to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium before a 0-0 draw in the return game in the Champions League.
They lost 2-1 at home in the Uefa Cup to Spurs before giving the London outfit a fright during a 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane.
Suchy was also part of the Czech side that defeated Argentina in last year's Fifa Under-20 World Cup final in Canada.
But he remains under contract with Slavia and, despite interest from around Europe, has not ruled out staying with his present club.
