Lincoln City 1-2 Grimsby
Grimsby hung on through five minutes of injury time to register their first league win of the season with victory in their derby at Lincoln.
Grimsby took the lead when defender Justin Whittle hooked the ball home.
Jamie Forrester equalised when he cut inside and curled in a shot into the top left-hand corner.
But Grimsby restored their lead when Isaiah Rankin was brought down by Ady Moses and Ciaran Toner slotted home the spot-kick for the winner.
