Nat Brown's superb late strike gave Lincoln victory in a pulsating game.
Brown's sensational 30-yard half-volley with three minutes left capped a remarkable fightback by the Imps who move up to sixth in League Two.
Barnet led when Ben Strevens tapped in and Tresor Kandohl lobbed the Bees' second seven minutes after the break.
But Steve Robinson levelled within a minute following a Ross Flitney fumble and substitute Gary Birch levelled before Brown's winner.
