Stockport hung on for a point as Leicester missed a host of chances to earn a deserved win.
Lloyd Dyer missed Leicester's best opportunity with seven minutes left, while Paul Dickov and Michael Morrison also went close late on.
Stockport went close in first-half injury time when Michael Raynes found Peter Thompson, only for his shot to rebound off the base of the post.
Home keeper Owain Fôn Williams also saved well from Matty Fryatt.
