Cheltenham 1-1 Crewe
Cheltenham skipper John Finnigan notched his second goal in as many games to earn a valuable point.
Crewe opened the scoring when David Vaughan fed Luke Varney who turned his marker before firing home.
The Robins drew level when a Brian Wilson free-kick cannoned off the wall for Finnigan to power a shot into the bottom left-hand corner from 25 yards.
JJ Melligan twice came close to snatching all three points for Cheltenham with late chances.
Cheltenham: Higgs, Caines, Townsend, Duff, Wilson, Melligan, Finnigan (Yao 68), Gill, Connolly, Spencer, Odejayi.
Subs Not Used: Brown, Guinan, Gillespie, Foley.
