Reading boss scoops monthly award
Reading boss Steve Coppell has been named the Championship's manager of the month for December.
Coppell's side have won five and drawn two of their last seven games.
He took the award ahead of Cardiff manager Dave Jones, Crystal Palace's Neil Warnock and Wolves boss Mick McCarthy, who were also shortlisted.
Leicester boss Nigel Pearson was named League One's manager of the month, while the League Two award went to Dagenham & Redbridge's John Still.
Pearson beat off the challenge of Colchester's Paul Lambert, Milton Keynes Dons boss Roberto Di Matteo and Peterborough's Darren Ferguson.
Meanwhile, Still claimed his prize ahead of Brentford's Andy Scott, Luton's Mick Harford and Rotherham's Mark Robins.
