Workington sign goalkeeper Caig

Experienced goalkeeper Tony Caig has joined Blue Square North side Workington for the forthcoming season.
The 35-year-old has also been appointed as a goalkeeping coach at League One side Carlisle United.
Caig began his career at Carlisle and spent more than six years with the Cumbrians between 1992 and 1999, playing more than 200 league games.
The Whitehaven-born former Newcastle keeper has recently played for Gretna, Vancouver, Houston and Chesterfield.
