Histon moved up to second in the Blue Square Premier after making it six league wins in a row against Stevenage.
The Stutes went ahead in the first minute when Mat Mitchell-King headed in Jack Midson's corner.
Steve Morison hit back for the hosts with a smart finish but Nat Knight-Percival restored the lead, finishing from six yards.
Gareth Gwillim sealed victory with a 25-yard effort before the hosts' Lawrie Wilson saw red for offensive language.
