Burton came from behind to rescue a point as they continued their fine start to the season.
Weymouth striker Michael Malcolm gave his side the lead, firing into the bottom corner from inside the area.
But Burton were level four minutes later when Greg Pearson converted Jody Banim's cross from close range.
Both hit the woodwork in an entertaining first-half with Banim striking the post and Ryan Williams the crossbar for Weymouth.
