Despite dominating the early exchanges, Torquay failed to clear John Brayford's cross and Aaron Webster drilled from 18 yards after 23 minutes.

Chris Zebroski drew the hosts level with a close-range striker on the stroke of half-time.

But six minutes after the break Harrad unleashed a thumping effort to hand the visitors all three points.
