Ghana striker Dominic Adiyiah is set to join AC Milan in the January transfer window, according to the Italian club's vice-president Adriano Galliani.
The 20-year-old helped his country to triumph at the recent Under-20 World Cup in Egypt, finishing as top scorer.
He plays for Fredrikstad in Norway but is now set to join the likes of Ronaldinho and Beckham at the San Siro.
"I can say that we have signed the young Ghanaian Dominic Adiyiah," Galliani told the AC Milan TV channel.
"We have an agreement with Fredrikstad FK.
"Now the player needs the work permit to enter Italy and we will deposit the contract on 1 January.
"He will have to pass a medical and then he will be a Milan player."
Adiyiah fired home eight goals in seven games and was given the Golden Ball award for the best player at the Under-20 World Cup.
"He is a forward that can play in place of (Alexandre) Pato and Ronaldinho," added Galliani.
