Nigeria U-20 coach sanctioned
Fifa has sanctioned Nigeria's coach Ladan Bosso for misconduct at last month's under-20 World Cup in Canada.
The disciplinary committee banned Bosso from all football-related activities for four months for "offensive behavior" following his team's 4-0 quarter-final defeat to Chile after extra time.
Bosso was fined US$9,000 for suggesting that racism influenced the referee's decisions during the match in Montreal on 15 July.
His comments came during a post match press conference when he was asked about an anti-racism campaign launched by Fifa during the tournament.
"(From) what happened on the pitch, I think Fifa has a long way to go, because the official showed racism, " Bosso alleged at the time.
"What happened on the pitch, the officiating, I think Fifa has a long way to go to beat racism, because that official showed racism."
