Togo scrape past Sierra Leone
Yao Senaya scored the only goal as Togo ran out 1-0 winners over Sierra Leone in Freetown.
Senaya made Sierra Leone - who dominated the first half - pay for some poor finishing when he netted shortly after the break.
Togo - who were without three key players - were much more comfortable after that, and rarely troubled - although Sierra Leone did hit a post late on.
But the win - coupled with Benin's 0-0 draw with Mali in Porto Novo - means Togo comfortably top Group Nine.
They are now three points clear of Mali - while Sierra Leone remain rooted to the bottom with only a single point.
