The results mean that after four games the DR Congo remain top with seven points but both Namibia and Ethiopia are now just one point behind while Libya drop to the bottom of the table with four points.
The next games are in two weeks time with Libya hosting Ethiopia and the DR Congo travelling to play Namibia.
