Leyton Orient 1-1 Hereford
Hereford win 3-2 on pens
Hereford keeper Adam Bartlett saved three penalties to help his side to a 3-2 shoot-out win in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Section.
The visitors had led for most of the match through Leon Constantine's 26th-minute strike.
But Jason Demetriou's shot was deflected past Bartlett in injury time to force a penalty shoot-out.
Bartlett had the final say though, saving from Sean Thornton, Charlie Daniels and Luke Summerfield.
Hereford manager John Trewick told BBC Hereford and Worcester:
"It was a great first half display from the lads and then they turned the tables on us in the second half.
"To concede 20 seconds from the end was a kick in the guts.
"You always fancy Adam to save a penalty and sure enough he came up trumps.
"He's really athletic and he's got a system and he won't tell anybody what it is but it works."
