De Garis ready to face old rivals
Guernsey under-21s coach Martyn De Garis says his squad are in good shape to retain the Ambassadeur Bowl when they face Jersey in Saturday's Muratti.
De Garis has no injury worries with star striker Glyn Dyer passed fit after a hamstring problem.
Jersey have managed only one warm-up match, but De Garis says he is focused on his own team's preparation.
"I'm quietly confident [but] I'm not taking anything for granted," he told BBC Guernsey.
"I've got a fair idea of the starting XI and they'll know on Saturday morning in Jersey."
Saturday's match kicks off at 1400 GMT at Springfield.
