Adebayo Akinfenwa's late goal was enough for Swansea City to capture the Football League Trophy against League Two leaders Carlisle.
The striker latched onto a flick from Lee Trundle to fire the Swans into a 2-1 lead as extra-time beckoned.
Trundle had given Kenny Jackett's side the lead in the third minute, crashing home a stunning volley.
But the League Two leaders were able to battle back and equalised with an Adam Murray header.

In the glamorous surroundings of the Millennium Stadium, it was perhaps inevitable that the most talked-about player outside the top two divisions made his mark.
Trundle took only three minutes to do just that with a top-class volley that would have graced a much more prestigious occasion.
The Swans' talismanic striker had charged down Westwood's clearance and then broke off to the left as Leon Britton picked the ball up on the opposite wing.
Trundle was perfectly placed to bring Britton's cross down on his chest and then fired a shot on the full that left Westwood stranded, crashing past his grasp and inside the far post.
The opener stung the League Two leaders and they spent most of the next half hour trying to stem the tide.
Westwood needed the application of a hefty bandage on a head injury but, despite enjoying plenty of possession and territorial advantage, Swansea would have regretted not testing him more often.
Andy Robinson latched onto Trundle's through ball but was only able to fire wide.
And, although Westwood was called upon to tip Akinfenwa's shot wide, the forward will have been disappointed that the finish did not match the robust approach run.
They were misses the League One side were to regret as they failed to heed the warning when Karl Hawley had a Carlisle goal ruled out for offside.
The Cumbrians managed to get back on terms five minutes before the break.
Zigor Aranalde launched a long throw into the box and Swansea contributed to their downfall as Kristian O'Leary was only able to flick it on.
Adam Murray was the player who reacted first and he was able to head home from close range.
Westwood was called upon to save twice in the early stages of the second half as both sides sensed victory.
Neither team looked like making the breakthrough as the game became more of a nervy scrap.
But the Welsh side managed to get themselves in front again with nine minutes remaining.
Alan Tate slipped the ball through to Trundle and Akinfenwa was able to connect to the flick and muscle his way through before firing past Westwood.
But they had keeper Willy Gueret to thank for a good save at the death when Glenn Murray attempted a spectacular overhead kick.
