India spinner Harbhajan Singh and wicketkeeper Mahendra Dhoni

Harbhajan Singh and Mahendra Dhoni have both been included in India's squad for the first two Tests against South Africa despite injuries.

Spinner Harbhajan picked up a hamstring injury in Australia while wicket-keeper Dhoni has a sprained finger.

They must prove their fitness before the first Test in Chennai on 26 March.

Fast bowler Ishant Sharma is ruled out because of a toe injury while Gautam Gambhir misses out despite his superb form in the one-day series down under.

The 26-year-old left-hander has played 14 Tests since his debut four years ago.
