Surrey release spinner Salisbury
Former England leg-spinner Ian Salisbury, 37, is looking for a new county to continue his cricket career after being released by Surrey.
Salisbury, with 15 Test caps, has spent the past 10 years at Surrey, winning the Championship in 1999, 2000 and 2002 after beginning his career at Sussex.
Captain Mark Butcher said: "Sals played a major role in our success story.
"Sadly it is time to say goodbye, with fond memories, goodwill and our best wishes for the future."
Salisbury said: "I really want to keep playing as I feel I still have the ability to play first-class cricket.
"It will be a bit sad that it won't be at Surrey but it will also be an exciting opportunity for me if it is to be somewhere else."
