Surrey made a profit of £482,000 last year in what was described as the biggest year in the club's history.
The club invested £25m in the redevelopment of the Vauxhall End at The Oval but increased their turnover from £12m to £18m.
"Last season marked a huge step forward for Surrey.
"We continued to build our reputation as one of the country's leading sporting venues," said Surrey chief executive Paul Sheldon.
"To have completed the OCS Stand on time and to budget was a massive achievement for the club.
"Selling out all five days of our Ashes Test Match in advance was unprecedented.
"And for England to have won the Ashes at the Brit Oval with over 9.35m watching on television was a fantastic end to a busy season," he added.
"In other areas of the business, Twenty20 cricket continues to be an important contributor to the increased income, as does our membership base, which continues to rise year on year.
"We need to increase our income and profits in the coming years in order to continue substantial investment in cricket and the infrastructure of the ground."
