Hants targeting Twenty20 success
Hampshire manager Paul Terry has highlighted the importance of this season's Twenty20 Cup after his side's Friends Provident Trophy group exit.
The county travel to Andover for a warm-up game on Wednesday as part of John Crawley's benefit year.
"The Twenty20 is important to us. It is every year. We haven't performed as well as we would have liked in the past," Terry told BBC Radio Solent.
"But hopefully this year will be a different story."
Hampshire open their South Division campaign with a match against Middlesex at the Rose Bowl on Wednesday, 11 June.
The Rose Bowl will also host the competition's Finals Day on Saturday, 26 July.
