Durham secured their place at Twenty20 finals day as they comfortably beat Glamorgan at the Riverside.
In the rearranged quarter-final, Durham were soon in trouble when James Harris (3-41) reduced them to 26-3.
But Will Smith (51) helped them reach 163 before Liam Plunkett (3-16) took two Glamorgan wickets in their first over and they finished 119 all out.
Durham will now play Middlesex at the Rose Bowl on Saturday for a place in the final and the Champions League.
Both winners of Saturday's semi-finals will qualify for the money-spinning competition in October against teams from Australia, India and South Africa.
This tie was delayed afterYorkshire were thrown out of the competition for fielding an ineligible player, and Glamorgan took their place in the last eight.

But Smith batted superbly for his half-century from 38 balls and Dale Benkenstein, Shaun Pollock, Gareth Breese and Plunkett all chipped in with valuable contributions towards the end.
Indeed Durham smashed 19 off the 18th over and a remarkable 22 off the last from Harris to give Glamorgan a stiff target to chase.
They were soon in big trouble as Plunkett cleaned up Richard Grant first ball and he dismissed David Hemp to leave Glamorgan 7-2 in the first over.
Michael Powell drove Plunkett to Smith at cover and Glamorgan could not get a partnership going as Durham continued to take wickets at regular intervals.
Jamie Dalrymple gave the visitors some hope with 32 but he fell to Collingwood, before Mark Wallace lost his stumps to Steve Harmison.
Robert Croft managed a couple of late boundaries but the run rate was too much and he was left high and dry when Pollock finished off the innings with the wickets of Harris and Dean Cosker.
Durham now take on Middlesex at 1500 BST on Saturday and they will play either Essex or Kent in the final.
