Worcestershire beat Surrey by two wickets with one ball remaining in an astonishing finish to the County Championship match at The Oval.
Worcestershire, having successfully avoided the follow-on, declared on 353-9, still 148 runs behind.
Surrey then hit 136-3 in just 50 balls either side of lunch, setting their opponents 285 to win from 62 overs.
Rain fell for two hours after a fine start from Phil Jaques (107), but Worcestershire got home in 32 overs.
The finish, late on a dark, damp day in south London, was a tense affair.
Zaheer Khan came out to bat at number 10 with just two balls remaining and four wanted.
But he hit his first ball off Nayan Doshi, who took 10 wickets in the match, for six to give Worcestershire their second win of the season.
In a busy morning session, Doshi was busy adding to the two wickets from his overnight haul to finish with 6-91.
But Steven Davies made 61 not out to prevent the follow-on, and the visitors immediately declared.
Worcestershire then sent on the joke bowlers as the captains conspired to set up a run chase.
Rikki Clarke blasted five sixes in a quick 57 not out with Stephen Moore's three overs costing 61.
But Surrey also got a pasting when Jaques, on his Worcestershire debut, and Moore began the chase, and this time the bowlers were trying to get wickets.
Jaques, an Australian who has enjoyed massive success with both Northamptonshire and Yorkshire, scored his runs off just 69 balls.
He got his side into a wonderfully strong position as they reached 95-0 off 8.4 overs but the rain delay made their job much harder.
But the runs kept on coming at a good rate, even after Jaques and Moore (57) had fallen by the wayside.
Ben Smith kept the accelerator on the floor with an unbeaten 46 off 34 balls and Surrey panicked, despite the efforts of Doshi, who got them the vital wickets of Davies and Graeme Hick.
