Australia have called up batsman Mark Cosgrove and seamer Brett Dorey to replace Damien Martyn and Stuart Clark in their one-day squad in Bangladesh.
Martyn has an elbow injury and Clark has returned to Sydney to attend the birth of his first child.
Left-hander Cosgrove, 21, has not played internationals before and was expected to join Glamorgan this month.
The 28-year-old Dorey played three matches in this year's one-day VB Series in Australia.
Bangladesh, meanwhile, have replaced Manjural Islam with middle-order batsman Tushar Imran for the one-dayers.
A spokesman for the Bangladesh Cricket Board said: "Imran will replace spinner Manjural Islam in a 14-man squad that completed a whitewash (4-0) against Kenya last month."
Tushar has played 33 international games in limited-overs cricket and scored 523 runs at an average of 16.34 runs.
The first of three one-day internationals against Bangladesh is scheduled for Sunday in Chittagong.
