Jenkins heads Wales table tennis

Ryan Jenkins heads a strong Wales table tennis team named for the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

The 26-year-old will be looking to better the silver medal he secured at the Manchester Games in the doubles alongside Adam Robertson.

Jenkins hopes to continue the rich vein of form he is in this year.

The player who comes from Ynysybwl scooped doubles gold and team bronze at the Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship in Kuala Lumpur this year.

Claire Harris and Sara Head will compete in the event for elite athletes with a disability.
