Nicky Cook has vowed to make Alex Arthur pay for the misery Scott Harrison caused him two years ago.
Cook was due to challenge Harrison for the WBO featherweight title but the Scot pulled out at 48 hours' notice.
The 28-year-old will challenge Arthur for his WBO super-featherweight crown on 6 September and is determined to finally realise his world title dream.
"What happened against Harrison was a nightmare," said Cook. "Arthur is going to pay for all the grief he caused me."
The Dagenham fighter added: "I may not have been able to knock out Harrison, but what better way to make up for things than by stopping the man who has replaced him at the top of the tree in Scotland?

Cook, a former undefeated British, Commonwealth and European champion, lost to American Steven Luevano when they fought for the vacant WBO crown, but he believes he holds an advantage over his opponent as he steps up a division.
"I was killing myself to make featherweight, so I'll be much stronger against Arthur," he said.
"I'll still be big at super-featherweight, and I know how to look after myself, so I'll stand up to him, make no mistake.
"I'll fight him on the outside, the inside, whatever he wants. All I know is that I'm going to win that title."
Amir Khan will defend his Commonwealth lightweight title as he joint headlines the event at Manchester's MEN Arena.
