Dunne wins comfortably on points
Bernard Dunne recorded a comprehensive super-bantamweight win over Argentinian Damian Marchiano at the National Stadium in Dublin on Saturday night.
The Dubliner was deemed to have won each of the ten rounds by referee Emile Tiedt and won on points, 100 to 90.
It was Dunne's 26th win in 27 professional fights.
The former European champion had been knocked out in 86 seconds by Kiko Martinez, before beating Venezuelan Felix Machado in April.
