BBC to show Hatton fight in full

Floyd Mayweather and Ricky Hatton Ricky Hatton's thrilling WBC welterweight title fight with Floyd Mayweather will be shown in full on BBC TWO on Sunday.

Billed as the fight of the decade, the bout took place in Las Vegas last Sunday in front of a fervent crowd.

And the action inside the ring did not disappoint, with Mayweather putting on a vintage display to stop a brave Hatton in the 10th round.

Coverage of the fight starts at 1300 GMT, followed by live snooker.

Last month, the BBC gave all viewers a chance to see Joe Calzaghe's super-middleweight win over Mikkel Kessler at the Millennium Stadium.

The screening attracted an audience of more than two million.

This weekend on BBC Sport
