Naumov and Zousko win in Dublin
Ukrainian Andriy Naumov and Russian Larrisa Zousko claimed victories in the Adidas Dublin Marathon on Monday.
Naumov clocked 2 hours 11 minutes and 6 seconds which left him ahead of Kenyan Thomas Omwenga (2:12.28) and Britain's Thomas Abyu (2:13.06).
Zousko won the women's event in 2:29.55
while the first Irish finishers were Michael O'Connor (2:20.49) and Maria McCambridge (2:36.33).
Armagh's Paul Hannan won the wheelchair race in 2:22.33.
Women's winner Zousko finished eight seconds ahead of long-time leader Haile Kebebush from Ethiopia (2:30.03).
The Russian, second in the event last year, passed Kebebush in the final mile while another Ethiopian Hadish Letay Negash was third in 2:31.13.
A record field of 11,700 runners were in action in the Bank Holiday race in the Irish capital.
