Milford wins Shakespeare Marathon
The 27th Rotary Shakespeare Marathon was won on Sunday by Cornish runner Shaun Milford.
Milford completed the course through Stratford and Warwickshire in a time of two hours, 37 minutes and 20 seconds.
Tewkesbury athlete Angie Sadler was the first female to cross the line in a field of 748 that successfully finished the race.
Daniel Soltys and Rachael Elliott were crowned champions in the half marathon which was run concurrently.
