Wales manager John Toshack takes Wales to Finland for their penultimate match.


Reporter Dylan Ebenezer is in Helsinki as Wales prepare to face the Fins in their penultimate World Cup qualifying match. He'll be giving us the lowdown on the Finland side plus we'll be hearing from the key men in John Toshack's Wales squad as they look to finish what has been a disappointing campaign on a high.


High impact collisions are becoming more and more commonplace in rugby union - and as players get bigger, stronger and faster, the hits are getting harder. This week Graham Thomas investigates the subject and speaks to doctors, physiotherapists, players and coaches to find out if the injury toll is rising, and if the rule makers can do anything to make the game safer.

It's Heineken Cup time this weekend and once again the Ospreys have been drawn against the mighty Leicester Tigers. On Saturday they head to a re-developed Welford Road and this week Sport Wales catches up with the two Ospreys flyers Tommy Bowe and Shane Williams, who both starred for the Lions this summer in South Africa.


This week Sport Wales freestyle football takes his tricks to Cardiff City and challenges the boys from the Bluebirds Academy to match his magic.
