More big names for Bangor
Wes Brown: brother of Clive
League of Wales outfit Bangor City have continued their pursuit of the rich and famous.

They have signed Clive Brown, brother of Manchester United and England star Wes.

Also joining them is speedy striker Daniel Grant from Nantwich - a friend, but not relation, of sprinter Darren Campbell.

The signings follow the recent recruitment of Rhodri Giggs, younger brother of Man Utd and Wales star Ryan.

The United connections were strengthened further with last week's arrival at Bangor of veteran Clayton Blackmore.

The club will hope that the aura of success will rub off on their form on the field.

Cameroon connection

Bangor manager Meirion Appleton has also confirmed a move for Cameroon's Gerard Guy Ambassa.

The central defender played for his country in the Sydney Olympics, scoring three goals in the final.

He will come to Wales at the end of November for a month's trial.
