Kate Howey
Name: Kate Howey
Age: 30
Sport: Judo
Most likes: 100m
Honest Frank's odds: 8/1
Howey has good credentials for Superstars, being a judo player in the mould of former men's champion Brian Jacks.

Howey won bronze at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992 and was crowned world champion in 1997.

For this and for her general service to British sport, she recieved an MBE from the Queen the following year.

And now she is trying to broaden her range by excelling across a range of events.

Howey fancies the sprint and the bike ride, but she is worried by archery and tennis.

Look out for her in the gym tests, however - she has been getting secret coaching from friend and mentor Jacks.
