Tony Underwood was an integral part of England's 1995 Grand Slam winning side, and won a total of 28 international caps.
With his brother Rory on the opposite flank, the Underwood brothers became the first siblings to represent England in the same team since 1938.
Tony's outstanding speed earned him a double blue at rugby and athletics, but he predicts the 100m will be the toughest event - due to false expectations.
He thinks swimming could be his most successful event, but the only arrows he has ever shot are the ones with rubber suckers on the end!
Underwood now works as a professional airline pilot, flying 737s for EasyJet.
